A Property Listing on The Farm And Ranch Net will run until the property sells or it is taken off the market. Our flat fee of only $40 includes up to 5 pictures of the property appearing in your ad. Your property listing will be searchable to potential buyers by both geographic and crop/category referencing. A Link to an Existing Property Listing that already resides on your company website or another real-estate portal can also be listed on The Farm And Ranch Net by using our simple linking process at The Farm And Ranch Net broker log-in interface. Your property listing will be accessible to buyers searching The Farm And Ranch Net and will appear exactly at it does now on your site or another portal for the life of the listing for only $15.
An Additional Category Listing allows you to cross reference a property in different categorical searches. For example a property that consists of both Open Land and Tree Fruit can be searchable in both categories. You can add up to 2 additional categories for $2.50 each.
It is the responsibility of the broker/agent to remove each property at the time they are taken off the market.
